Strategy & Positioning
The idea underneath the identity — audience, promise, and the space you own in the market.
Brand Strategy & Identity
We shape brand foundations and the visual system that carries them, so the business looks clear, premium, and consistent wherever customers meet it.
The identities

Sospiro is a niche Italian luxury fragrance house that frames perfume as an art form inspired by classical music and opera — oils sourced in Italy, composed in France by master perfumers. Its essence is ‘Perfume, Performed’: theatrical, opulent, refined.
What we did
We delivered Sospiro's full brand identity and guideline — an emblem-and-wordmark logo with variations and usage rules, the colour palette, typography, a signature monogram pattern and photography direction — then applied it across stationery, retail packaging, signage and outdoor advertising.
L'Orientale Fragrances is a UAE-based oriental perfume house positioned as ‘affordable luxury’ — marrying the warmth of Arabian oud and amber with the finesse of French perfumery under the line ‘French Soul. Oriental Heart.’, led by its flagship Night De Paris collection.
What we did
We built the full bilingual (English/Arabic) brand identity and guideline — the circular ‘FL’ serif monogram and wordmark, a green/cream/gold palette, English and Arabic typefaces and a proprietary monogram pattern — applied across packaging, storefront signage and event collateral.
Ramon Bejar is a Barcelona haute-parfumerie house of intense, exclusive numbered editions — designed in Spain and crafted in France — that treats fragrance as art, fusing Spanish heritage and architecture with Arab-inspired Eastern olfactory journeys under a quiet, golden-luxury sensibility.
What we did
We built the full brand identity and guideline system — the Canela-based wordmark and ‘RB’ monogram, a Spanish-architecture-inspired palette, a Canela + Söhne type system, an azulejo-style quatrefoil pattern — applied across packaging, stationery, retail planograms and out-of-home.
Christian Provenzano (cp-parfums) is a master perfumer's niche fragrance house rooted in heritage perfumery — blending the finest global ingredients with traditional craft to compose luxury scents built on emotion, artistry and Italian-influenced elegance. Its essence: ‘Rooted in Tradition. Refined by Mastery.’
What we did
We built the complete visual identity — a logo suite, colour palette, typography, a signature bottle-cap-inspired pattern and a full set of application and packaging designs — captured in a 41-page brand guideline.
Rowa is a youth-driven, Made-in-UAE premium casualwear label — positioned as ‘The New Classic’ — that fuses modern fashion with premium craftsmanship and an understated ‘old money’ elegance, making everyday clothing feel like a statement.
What we did
We delivered Rowa's full brand identity — a high-contrast serif ROWA wordmark paired with a flowing ‘R’ monogram, a refined dark/sand/maroon colour system, a dual-typeface pairing and an old-money photography direction — applied across packaging, labels, tags and garment hardware.
Snow White Arabia (Arabic wordmark سنوايت العربية) is a Saudi beauty and self-care house with a minimal, timeless identity built around the cherry blossom (Sakura), deliberately positioned to sit among international houses.
What we did
We delivered the full brand identity — a boxed sans-serif wordmark with a clever linking ‘W’ monogram plus an Arabic lockup, a Sakura-led design system, colour palette and typography — extended across a complete packaging and collateral suite.
نبني (نبني, ‘we build’) is a UAE luxury real-estate developer spanning Branded Residences, Luxury Residences and Commercial projects — including the numbered أفينيو ريزيدنس line — positioned around unmatched quality and an elevated living experience.
What we did
We delivered Nabni's full 2023 brand identity — a bilingual Arabic/Latin wordmark, a monochrome black-and-white system, a serif-plus-sans type pairing and an architectural visual language — applied across a complete suite of print, digital, signage and collateral.
