We sign mutual non-disclosure agreements before any conversation that touches sensitive material - unreleased products, M&A activity, regulated data, or confidential strategy.

Every member of the Innovex team - full-time, contractor, and production partner - signs a confidentiality agreement on engagement that survives the end of the project.

Client assets, raw footage, brand files, and working documents are stored on access-controlled cloud infrastructure and access is granted on a per-project basis.

Default retention is 90 days after final delivery unless a different archive or deletion instruction is agreed in writing.

We're aligned with GDPR and the UAE PDPL for any personal data we process on your behalf.

We do not use client data to train AI models, and we do not share it with sub-processors beyond the named list surfaced by Innovex.
