1. Be alert to impersonation

INNOVEX TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C is aware that scammers can misuse the names and identities of established organisations. A public careers portal can be a particular target for impersonators offering fake roles or requesting money and documents. A logo, copied job description, familiar employee name, or professional looking message does not by itself prove that an approach is genuine.

2. How we communicate

Genuine email from our team is sent only from an @innovexagency.com address. We do not recruit from free webmail accounts or ask candidates for any payment, processing fee, deposit, or bank details at any stage of recruitment. Treat lookalike domains, altered spellings, and unexpected messaging-app conversations with caution, even when the sender claims urgency or confidentiality.

3. Common scam patterns

  • Fake job offers followed by requests for visa, equipment, training, travel, or “processing” fees.
  • False invoices, or a message claiming that genuine payment instructions or bank details have changed.
  • Cloned social-media profiles that copy our name, branding, or published work to solicit money or information.
  • Spoofed or lookalike domains designed to resemble innovexagency.com at a glance.
  • Pressure to act immediately, keep the approach secret, move the conversation away from official email, or use a payment method that is difficult to reverse.

Other warning signs include an offer without a credible application or interview process, a sender address that differs from the visible display name, unexpected attachments, and links whose destination does not match the text shown.

4. If you are targeted

Do not pay, click further links, or send identity documents, financial details, passwords, or one-time codes. Preserve the evidence instead: keep the original email, full sender address, message history, website address, payment instructions, and screenshots. Report the approach using the form below, or email info@innovexagency.com with a short account of what happened.

If money has moved, contact your bank or payment provider immediately and ask whether the transaction can be stopped or recalled. Report the matter promptly to the relevant UAE law-enforcement or cybercrime authority. Our review can help identify misuse of our name, but it does not replace a bank or official fraud report.

5. Report it to us

Tell us who you are and what you were approached with. It reaches the team that handles misuse of our name, and we reply to the address you give us. You do not need to have lost anything to report an approach — a report about an attempt is what lets us get a fake account or lookalike domain taken down before it reaches someone else.

Do not include passwords, one-time codes, or full card, bank, or identity-document numbers. We never need them to investigate, and no genuine member of our team will ask you for them. Redact any number where the complete value is not needed to understand the report.

Up to 5 images, 5.0 MB in total — PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP or HEIC. A screenshot of the message, the sender's full address, or the profile is usually the most useful thing you can send. Crop or black out anything you do not want to share before uploading.

We use what you send here to investigate misuse of our name and to reply to you. If you would rather not use a form, email info@innovexagency.com instead. Reporting to us does not replace a report to your bank or to the police.

6. Verify a genuine approach

Start job applications only through our Careers page. If an invoice, payee name, or bank detail appears to change, do not verify it by replying to the same email. Phone a contact you already know using a number from an established conversation or another trusted record. For any uncertain approach, forward the details to info@innovexagency.com before taking action.

When reporting an approach, include the date, channel, sender address or profile, and any domain or payment details involved. Do not forward passwords, one-time codes, or full identity and banking documents. Redact sensitive numbers where the complete value is not needed to understand the report.
