1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website can place on your device so it can remember information between pages or visits. This policy explains the limited technologies used on the INNOVEX TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C website, why they are used, and the choices available to you. Some cookies are needed for a feature you request; optional measurement technologies remain off unless you choose to enable them.

2. Necessary

Necessary cookies support security, sign-in, and your chosen language. The applicant portal uses innovex_session, the recruiter and administrator area uses innovex_admin, and NEXT_LOCALE remembers the language you selected. These cookies are always available when the relevant feature needs them and are not presented as an optional toggle.

Your cookie preference is also remembered in your browser's local storage under innovex:cookie-consent. Local storage is not a cookie, but it lets the consent banner restore your current Analytics and Marketing choices without asking again on every page.

3. Analytics

Google Analytics 4 helps us understand page views and aggregate site usage. It is not loaded until you actively opt in to the Analytics category. Declining Analytics does not prevent you from browsing the site, contacting us, or using necessary account functions.

Analytics and Marketing are separate choices. Enabling Analytics alone does not enable Meta Pixel, and enabling Marketing alone does not enable Google Analytics 4. Both remain off when you reject optional cookies.

4. Marketing

Meta Pixel measures conversions from Facebook and Instagram campaigns. It is not loaded until you actively opt in to the Marketing category. This site sets no advertising cookies beyond Meta Pixel, and choosing not to enable Marketing does not limit the core site experience.

5. Change or clear your choice

Select Cookie preferences in the footer at any time. The banner will reopen with your current choices already selected, and you can enable or disable Analytics and Marketing independently before saving.

Saving an updated choice controls whether those optional tools can load from that point onwards. It does not erase information that may already have been sent to a provider while a category was enabled; contact us if you have a related privacy request.

You can also clear cookies and local site data through your browser's privacy or site-data settings. Browser controls vary, so consult the support guidance for your browser. Clearing site data may sign you out, reset your language choice, and make the cookie banner appear again.
