1. Our commitment

INNOVEX TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C wants people to be able to explore our work, understand our services, contact the team, and use the careers portal regardless of disability, device, or preferred way of navigating. Accessibility is part of ongoing design, development, content, and quality review rather than a one-time statement.

2. The standard we target

We target Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as an ongoing goal. This is not a claim that the site has been certified, independently audited, or that every page currently conforms in every respect. We use the standard to guide practical improvements and prioritise barriers that prevent people from completing important tasks.

3. Measures in place

• Pages use semantic HTML and landmarks to give content a clear, predictable structure. Headings and page regions are arranged to help people understand where they are and move through the content with assistive technology.
• Navigation is keyboard-operable, with visible focus states for interactive controls. Menus, links, forms, and consent choices are designed to remain usable without a mouse.
• Scroll reveals detect prefers-reduced-motion: reduce and collapse their movement to a near-instant opacity change. The homepage’s WebGL particle hero and page transitions use a hydration-safe motion preference hook and fall back to a static or no-op presentation.
• Imagery is supplied with alternative text when it communicates content, and colour contrast is considered in both light and dark themes.
• Responsive layouts adapt to tablets, phones, and small screens without requiring a desktop-sized viewport. Text, navigation, grids, and controls reflow rather than depending on a fixed desktop canvas.

4. Known limitations

Some case-study video currently has no captions. Alternative text on the CMS-driven blog depends on editors supplying it when they publish, so an omission may occasionally reach a live article. Third-party embeds, including the Cal.com booking widget, are operated outside our direct control and may not provide the same level of accessibility as the surrounding site. These are known limitations, not exceptions to our goal.

If an uncaptioned video or third-party widget blocks the information or action you need, contact us. We can help provide the available information in another practical format or arrange an alternative way to complete the task.

5. Report a barrier

If something prevents you from accessing content or completing a task, email info@innovexagency.com. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the browser, device, or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it. We will acknowledge the report and provide a response or practical next step within five working days. If you need information in another usable format, tell us what would work for you.
