About these terms
These terms govern the engagement between you and INNOVEX TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C (trading as "Innovex Agency"), a limited-liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Registered office: Warehouse 1, Street 9, Nadd Al Hamar, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
1. Services
Innovex Agency provides creative services including branding, CGI & 3D visualization, content creation, commercial production, and website development. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual project proposals.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final deliverables and associated intellectual property rights transfer to the client unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Innovex retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Standard terms include a deposit upon project commencement with the balance due upon delivery. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share project details, business information, or creative materials with third parties without explicit consent.
