The Brief
A Saudi beauty brand (founded 2014) whose identity had drifted into a warm, pink, sensual "self-love" positioning.
The brief: a full brand-direction change — reposition as premium, high-quality Saudi luxury, with new identity, packaging, web direction and creative strategy.
The Approach
Move from "sensual self-love" to "a complete glow ritual" — dermatologist-tested, herbal, made in Saudi Arabia, aiming to lead the GCC.
"Glow is a Standard." Glow reframed as intentional ritual, not accident.

Rebrand / Identity
Total overhaul — persona rewritten to a "modern Saudi beauty curator"; type Trajan/Poppins → Inter + Bahij Arabic; palette pink → Coral Glow-led Korean-nature system.

A full system reworked across the pink→coral shift — bags, jars, tubes, outdoor — organised by color-coded ritual collections.
