The Brief
Food and interiors photography for a premium Abu Dhabi brunch and dessert house, shot to the standard of its own tableware.
The set carries the brand's stamped chocolate medallion, gold service and sculptural ceramics through every frame.
The Approach
An opal holds more colours than it admits to, and the plates here do the same.
Hollandaise breaks yellow over two rounds of puff pastry. Pistachio and kunafa go green and gold on brioche, saffron laid on like fine wire. A blueberry frappé turns lilac under cream. Berries stack in cut glass and throw their own light. Every frame is built the way the room is: rough white ceramic against marble, gold at the fingers, gloved hands setting each dish down as though it were being placed rather than served. The name arrives last, pressed into chocolate, and closes the setting.

One warm register held across the savoury menu, the desserts and the drinks, so the whole set reads as a single house.
